Beyond expectation

“Paul created our website for 180 Samui, a luxury villa in Koh Samui, Thailand. Despite being the other side of the world, Paul made the whole process an effortless exercise (for us). Right from the initial brief, though the design process, to the launch, he handled everything personally and with a professionalism and expertise beyond expectation. A brilliant service that has continued throughout the year to keep the website fresh and relevant. Can’t recommend highly enough”.

A dream to work with

“We worked with Paul Hailes for a campaign aimed to coincide with Foster Care Fortnight, an annual campaign to raise awareness of fostering. We had some key audiences we wished to target and wanted to use print and social media to raise brand awareness. Paul was a dream to work with, listening carefully to our needs, going to great lengths to understand our service and our target audience. Fostering is very niche and Paul handled the project with great sensitivity and insight. Paul really listened and understood our challenges and objectives and worked hard to create a campaign that would incorporate these.

The campaign helped us to develop a dialogue with prospective foster carers and provided a great platform for subsequent campaigns. I would thoroughly recommend Paul Hailes if you are looking for someone who will listen, work proactively with you and produce high quality, creative concepts”.

Highly professional and approachable

“We worked with Paul Hailes to design and build our Smart Energy Research Lab (SERL) website. Paul was highly professional, approachable and committed to getting the job done to our specification, timings and budget. We were very happy with the site and would certainly work with Paul again and recommend to others”.
