Research showed that the two top reasons people foster are to: make a difference to the lives of children and to welcome another child into their family. In collaboration with EFS, these insights and more research allowed us to create key messages for the campaign. We wanted to communicate that you can not only make a difference in a child’s life but also that in doing so you make a wider change to society.

 

The State of the Nation Foster Care Report showed that 60% of foster carers say they are Christian. We created a campaign directed at youth workers, drawing on the importance of the skills that youth workers have and how those skills are transferrable. We wanted to visually demonstrate key activities that youth workers would identify with to help convey the message that their skills are transferrable.
